The company currently has 4 appraisers, 1 appraiser assistant and 1 support staff with 3 offices one in Victoria and one in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island for real estate appraisals and Richmond, BC for depreciation reports. Fee appraiser for residential and I.C.I. appraisals, approved by all major financial institutions. Appraiser III - Senior Appraiser 1987 to 1991
Supervised 5 junior appraisers in the field and office for residential appraisals. Conducted appraisals on commercial, light industrial and major industrial on cost, income and/or market. Tabulated and analyzed sales, income, cost and other relevant information for appraisal purposes. Prepared detailed narrative appraisal reports for Court of Revision and Assessment Appeal Boards. Assisted management to determine the estimated working costs of the office and entered this data into a computer to determine the annual budget. Conducted informative staff meetings and educational in-office seminars. Responsible for the valuation of all commercial properties in the Municipality of Salmon Arm
on costs, income and/or market.

Completed replacement cost models for Appeal Board cases for example - Harmac, Northwood, Prince George Pulp, European and Tahsis pulp mills.

Assisted in the valuation of Oak Bay and Victoria commercial properties via the income approach. Responsible for valuing apartments via the cost, income and market
approaches.
