I just wanted to let you know that I think you guys at Pacific Rim do an excellent job. I use you for about 90% of the appraisals I need and I’m never disappointed. Yesterday, Bill got me an appraisal that Ihad phoned and asked for only the day before and he was on the Gabriola ferry when he took the info and said he’d see the house the same day.
